Raymond Hughes’ entries:
“To What End” was first in the NIPA Open Section and won the NIPA v IPF
Competition
“Return of the Tall Ships” was Highly Commended in the Open Section.
“The River of the Low Lying Land” won the Best Photography Award
Ross Mulholland’s entry “Goodness and Mercy” was Highly Commended in the
Open Section.
